Wendy Green Daniels - President & CEO
Wendy has over 20 years of demonstrated leadership in multifamily housing development. Her extensive development experience affords her the expertise of understanding and mastering all stages of the real estate development process. Whether it’s projects developed for Beechwood Residential, joint venture partnerships, or consulting opportunities, Wendy masterfully navigates structuring profitable deals, key site selection, securing strategic financing options, and managing large teams of design, construction, and development professionals. As a result, she has developed a wide range of communities that have garnered local, regional, and national awards and recognition.
In 2012, Wendy founded Beechwood Residential purposed in developing superior quality housing that transforms communities and enriches the lives of its residents. Prior to starting Beechwood Residential, Wendy served as Regional Director of Development at Mercy Housing Southeast and Senior Project Manager at Columbia Residential, both highly-successful, mission-driven, development organizations. With a decision to return to her native home in 2016, Wendy relocated the Beechwood Residential headquarters to Baton Rouge, LA. Although determined to cultivate the future landscape of affordable housing in her beloved city of Baton Rouge, Wendy continues to work with an expansive list of partners and clients spanning the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Wendy is a proud alumna of Southern University A&M College, and the University of Cincinnati, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Forestry (SUBR) and Masters of Community Planning degree (UC). Wendy currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband and three children.
Leslie joined Beechwood Residential in 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences from Southern University and A&M College and is currently working toward a real estate license.
Leslie Triche - development Manager
As Development Manager, Leslie is responsible for a full spectrum of real estate development projects in varying stages of development. She works with senior leadership to manage the sourcing, financing, design and construction, lease-up, and stabilization of a diverse array of multi-family, mixed-use, conventional, and affordable real estate assets throughout Georgia and the Southeast region. Leslie also oversees the contributions of third-party team members and has established a proven track record of delivering successful projects from execution to completion.

Xin joined Beechwood Residential in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta.
Xin Wang - development Manager
Xin has worked in the affordable housing industry since 2018. In her various capacities, including as Project Manager, she has helped to develop over 800 LIHTC units, including RAD conversions. In her current position as Development Manager, Xin works closely with development partners and senior management to drive affordable housing development in Louisiana and the Southeast region.

Mia Cummings - office Manager
As Office Manager, Mia Cummings manages business operations for the Beechwood Residential team. Mia coordinates client services and the administration of internal resources. Her passion for serving the Baton Rouge community keeps Mia involved in various volunteer and philanthropic efforts that fund women and youth support services.
