As the President & CEO of Beechwood Residential, Wendy Green Daniels is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing new debt and equity investment opportunities in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. 

She has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, and has facilitated the acquisition, financing, and development of over 3,000 units of multifamily real estate valued over $250M. 

Wendy’s extensive development experience has afforded her the expertise of understanding and mastering all stages of the development process. Whether it’s projects developed for Beechwood Residential, joint venture partnerships, or consulting opportunities, Wendy masterfully navigates structuring profitable deals, key site selection, securing strategic financing options, and managing large teams of design, construction, and development professionals.  As a result, Wendy has developed several communities that have achieved local, regional and national awards and recognition.

Prior to starting Beechwood Residential, Wendy held key positions in a variety of private and non-profit organizations including: Senior Development Manager for Columbia Residential and Regional Director for Mercy Housing, both hugely-successful and mission-driven development organizations. 

Wendy created a solid educational foundation by graduating from Southern University A&M College with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry. She also holds a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati.

In 2016, Wendy decided to return to her native home of Baton Rouge to surround herself with family and become part of the city’s dynamic growth.  She currently resides in Baton Rouge with her husband and three children.
